White Cane Safety Day 2026 at KMC Language University

A white cane is more than a mobility aid. It is independence, confidence, and the right to move through the world on your own terms.

This International White Cane Safety Day, the Enabling Unit of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University, Lucknow, and NAB, U.P. State Branch came together to celebrate exactly that. Prof. Ajay Taneja (Hon. Vice Chancellor and Patron), Prof. Musheer Ahmad (Head and Nodal Officer) and Smt. Amita Dubey of NAB Lucknow led the conversation.

Most of all, thank you to every young participant who filled the room with energy. Accessibility is not a favour. It is a shared responsibility.
